TAC PATIO POLICY

• Our covered outdoor patio serves as our lobby. We do not have an indoor waiting or viewing area for parents, guardians, or dancers. Please plan to bring your dancer to the studio for their class times and enter through the gate at the front of the building using the code in your registration email. Please do not share this code with anyone outside of our TAC Community.

• Noise and conversation in the patio can be heard in the studio rooms. Because of this, we ask that parents primarily drop off and pick up their dancers for classes to avoid congestion and disruption of classes. The patio is not a workspace or hang out area for parents and guardians. Excessive noise, conversation, and activity in the patio is distracting to the dancers trying to focus and learn in class. If you do choose to stay on the premises, we ask that you keep noise to a minimum, ensure siblings and friends also abide by these guidelines, and do not bring pets into the patio space. This is for the safety and comfort of all individuals. Running, yelling, or knocking on the doors and windows is not permitted. Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in a single warning; after that, you will be asked to only drop off and pick up. 

• There will be a staff member on site 30 minutes prior to the first class of the day on weekdays. There will be a staff member on site 15 minutes prior to the first class of the day on weekends. There is no guarantee of a staff member on site before a private lesson start time. Dancers are not permitted to be unattended in the patio outside of these pre-class time frames. Parents or guardians must wait with the dancer until a staff member is on site. Failure to abide by these rules will result in a single warning; continued disregard of these policies will result in the dancer's dismissal from the program. Safety of the dancers is of the utmost importance and we ask for your cooperation to ensure their supervision and security while at the studio. Thank you!
