FALL SEMESTER​

• No Class Dates: Labor Day (9/1/25), Rosh Hashanah (9/23/25), Yom Kippur (10/2/25), Thanksgiving (11/24/25-11/30/25)​

STUDIO POLICIES

• Class registration must be done online through Dance Studio Pro. Enrollment is on a first come, first serve basis. Class tuition for the semester is due upon registration. Refunds and pro-rates are not available for open classes.

• Trial Class: A one-time trial class can be scheduled by emailing info@theartistcollectivela.com

• This schedule applies for the Fall semester only. If your dancer was enrolled in a class Spring semester, re-registration is required to continue into the Fall semester. Registrations will not automatically transfer.

• Parents and guardians are welcome to observe classes from the patio only.

• Please utilize the covered patio area as the studio lobby. The office space is not a waiting area for parents and guardians. 

• Dancers are not permitted on the studio premises unsupervised. There will be a TAC staff member on-site 30 minutes prior to class start times Monday-Wednesday. If dancers arrive earlier than these windows, they are required to have a parent or adult with them until a TAC staff member arrives. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in a singular reminder and continued disregard of this policy will result in the dancer being dropped from the class. Safety of the dancers is the top priority!

• Dancers and dance families will have the patio gate code sent to them via email in order to access the studio space. This code should not be shared with anyone outside of our TAC community.

• Dancers are expected to follow the studio dress code that can be found on our website www.theartistcollectivela.com/dress-code.

• We do not have make-up classes.
