Service Description

In this class we will explore classical jazz techniques with a curious and warm energy. Class begins with a traditional jazz warm up curated to prepare us to feel safe and confident in our bodies. We will work with a combination that focuses on storytelling, musicality, transitions and how our choice making can encourage us to feel more in control of our dancing and artistry. My intention is to create a place for all bodies to remember their love of moving and feel supported in their pursuits. This class is geared towards intermediate/advanced dancers. Footwear is completely up to you! I will mostly teach in my heels, and encourage you to wear yours if you would like! There will not be filming during class time.
