​Jazz 

All Dancers 

  • Leggings, fitted joggers, dance/biker shorts 

  • Fitted top, bra/crop top, t-shirt or leotard (any color) 

  • No sweatpants, open leg shorts or baggy sweatshirts 

  • Hair if long enough—pulled back securely for duration of class 

  • Bare feet or jazz shoes

Hip Hop/Jazz Funk 

All Dancers 

  • Sweatpants, joggers, leggings, shorts 

  • Any top including sweatshirts or baggy t-shirts 

  • Tennis shoes required 

  • Hair can be worn down with teacher permission

Rehearsals 

All Dancers 

  • Leggings, fitted joggers, dance/biker shorts 

  • Fitted top, bra/crop top, t-shirt or leotard (any color) 

  • No sweatpants, open leg shorts or baggy sweatshirts unless for hip hop or jazz funk rehearsals

  • Hair if long enough—pulled back securely for duration of class unless for hip hop or jazz funk rehearsals

  • Shoes required for particular piece


Male Dancers 

  • Black tights or leggings 

  • Black fitted tank top or t-shirt 

  • Black or flesh colored canvas split sole ballet shoes 

  • Hair if long enough—pulled back securely into a bun

Contemporary 

All Dancers 

  • Leggings, fitted joggers, dance/biker shorts 

  • Fitted top, bra/crop top, t-shirt or leotard (any color) 

  • No sweatpants, open leg shorts or baggy sweatshirts 

  • Hair if long enough—pulled back securely for duration of class 

  • Bare feet or socks with teacher permission

Acro 

All Dancers 

  • Leggings, fitted joggers, dance/biker shorts 

  • Fitted top, bra/crop top, t-shirt or leotard (any color) 

  • No sweatpants, open leg shorts or baggy sweatshirts 

  • Hair if long enough—pulled back securely for duration of class 

  • Bare feet (always)

Ballet 

Female Dancers 

  • Pink or flesh colored convertible tights 

  • Black leotard of any style 

  • Pink or flesh colored canvas splitsole ballet shoes 

  • Ballet skirts and ballet sweaters are permitted 

  • Hair if long enough—pulled back securely into a bun
